This is a 248-kilometre 12 day (154 mile) crossing of Central America.
The Costa Rica Coast to Coast is a true multi-activity eco adventure – mountain biking, hiking, white water rafting and sea kayaking.

Our adventure starts at the Pacific Ocean and finishes on the Caribbean Coast.
The route traverse’s mountain villages, coffee and sugar plantations, riverside communities and small villages remote from roads and traffic.

You cross the Continental Divide and descend into virgin forests, camping and cooking under the stars.

This adventure is classified as HARD in our scale of difficulty, but the main requirement is a sense of adventure and a good dose of stamina.
